      <p>Justice Choice is an independent information directory, not a law firm. General information is not legal advice. Browsing, creating an account or sending an enquiry does not establish a lawyer–client relationship. Confirm a professional’s licence, suitability, engagement terms and fees directly before hiring.</p>
      <h2>Rankings and advertising</h2>
      <p>Rankings reflect available evidence under our published methodology. They do not guarantee quality, suitability or case outcomes. Sponsored and Featured placements are paid advertising and are labelled separately. Payments and subscriptions do not affect organic ranking scores.</p>
      <h2>Your account and submissions</h2>
      <p>Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate credentials or reviews, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse enquiry delivery. We may restrict accounts or remove material that violates these terms, with review where appropriate.</p>
      <h2>Enquiries and privacy</h2>
      <p>Your enquiry is shared with the professional you select, or with eligible matched professionals under the consent shown on the form. Avoid sending unnecessary confidential details before a professional confirms engagement. Our Privacy page explains account data, consent, export and deletion. Delivery or a response is not guaranteed.</p>
      <h2>Professional services and subscriptions</h2>
      <p>Professional legal services are provided by independent professionals under their own agreements. Optional platform subscriptions and advertising are governed by the price, billing period, cancellation and payment terms displayed at checkout. Manage subscriptions through the billing portal or contact support for billing questions.</p>
      <h2>Corrections and service availability</h2>
      <p>Information can be incomplete or outdated. Use the correction and review processes to report errors with supporting evidence. We may update services and these terms; material account or billing changes will be communicated where applicable. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.</p>
